Branch Manager – DFCC Bank Job Vacancies ( Ramanayake Mawatha Branch)
Applications are invited for all candidates to fill the Branch Manager Job Opening at DFCC Bank
The candidate should ideally;
- possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CINIA, ACCA or AIB (part qualifications may be considered)
- possess at least 10 years of experience in Branch Banking (exposure to business lending and international operations will be an added advantage)
- have excellent communication skills in English
- have excellent leadership and people management skills
You will be responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the branch, whilst increasing the customer share by developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities. You will also be responsible for promoting assets and liability products of the bank and also build a sound client base and maintain excellent relationships with clients and employees.
