Job Role – Brand Manager – Hatton National Bank Job Vacancies 2024
Brand Manager is responsible for driving or building equity of the assigned portfolio of the Bank while working closely with the business teams and designated external agencies to develop marketing campaigns to achieve the organizational priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning, executing product related marketing communications and build awareness.
- Working with closely with advertising, digital and PR agencies to improve brand image and consideration.
- Identifying the trends and insights of disruptive marketing to stay ahead of the curve.
- Utilizing a strong analytical ability to evaluate ‘end to end’ product offering to ensure positive customer experience.
- Understand the business and see through the numbers with a consumer lens.
- Develop innovative campaigns to increase brand memorability.
- Lead brand strategy for the assigned products of HNB.
- Collaborate with the business units and external partners to increase synergies through cohesive strategies.
- Plan activation driven digital amplification campaigns to enhance brand engagement.
Academic/Professional Qualifications
- Full qualification in CIM/ SLIM or any equivalent professional qualification.
And/or
- A Degree from a recognized University preferably in Marketing, Management or any related field.
- MBA/MSc would be an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum six (06) years of working experience with exposure to brand management, advertising or marketing communications
- Experience in FMCG Brands will be an added advantage
