Internal Audit Banking Executive – National Development Bank Job Vacancies 2023

- Executive – Credit Auditor (Internal Audit)
The Job:
- To understand risk assessment based credit audit framework that includes policies, guidelines, top level decisions, processes, practices and internal controls for the bank
- To understand the measurement /assessment system & scale to measure the level of adherence to policies and guidelines
- Provide inputs & prepare Risk Assessment Process (RAP) for each auditable area in line with the credit risk matrix by critically evaluating through nine risk categories
- To prepare audit scope document and plan resources allocation & field work for the conduct of internal audit as per finalized annual audit calendar
- Conduct credit audits to ensure risks are assessed and controlled and compliance with credit policies, procedures and regulations
- Ensure that the bank identified key controls are verified during the audit where applicable and completion of control analysis forms (CAFs)
- To conduct quality checks by tracking audit findings periodically and provide assistance to the team, to ensure adequate documentary support for audit findings and adherence to the team to ensure adequate documentary support for audit findings and adherence to the credit audit framework
- Draft all inclusive audit report with associated risk and develop /amend audit programmes for respective audit areas
- To assisting reviewing management action plan provided to ensure risks are mitigated timely
- To provide inputs for all applicable policies that helps in policy driven credit audit of the bank
Entry Requirements
The Person:
- Full or part quilted in Banking, Finance or any other related field. Professional qualification in banking would be preferred
- Possess at least 6 years of of banking experience out of which around 3 years working experience either in credit related function or credit audit in an internal audit department of a reputed commercial bank
- Possess strong written, verbal communication.
