Qualifications:
- A Degree with 1st Class or 2nd Class upper Division in Management / Accounting / Banking & Finance, preferably with postgraduate qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Banking or Educational sector
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills in Sinhala / Tamil and English and a working knowledge of third language would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- Age below 40 years at the time of applying
- Ability to manage a team effectively
