Pubad.gov.lk – Online Application for Add Transfer Request and Find Transfer Opportunities (Suhadha Maruweem)
Note – allows Public Officers to publish the particulars related to their mutual transfer and find a person relevant to a suitable mutual transfer in relation to the particulars in the website. Even though, Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government provides for communicating the particulars relevant to your request, it is not bound to facilitate mutual transfers. It is your responsibility to find and communicate with a proper employee for the mutual transfer.
Transfers are not made in any service under the purview of our Ministry based on the data entered by you and the requests for transfers should be made using a form/ letter in relation to your service.
The particulars entered by you can be viewed by anyone using this website. Since the said data can be used by the outside parties for other purposes, no responsibility shall be borne by our Ministry in this regard. Thorough attention should be paid in this regard, when entering data and the responsibility of dealing with other parties should be borne personally by you.

Find Transfer Opportunities – This allows to view the particulars entered into our data base and it provides opportunity to find a suitable person for a mutual transfer.
