European and worldwide employers and job seekers all agree on the need for this standard definition of practical competence in Information Technology.
BCAS is one of the earliest approved Test Centre in Sri Lanka to award ECDL by British Computer Society and Later ICDL by ICDL-Asia Pacific.
We provide online examination with our last Two Years Experience in ECDL/ICDL, we use tested and very easy methods to train the students who wish to gain the certificate as quickly as possible.
ICDL is also accepted by several foreign Institutions in Sri Lanka as a qualification to follow other programs in Computing in their respective countries.

The ICDL syllabus is designed to cover the key concepts of computing, its practical applications and their use in the workplace and society in general.
