The MSc in Quantity Surveying comprises six equally weighted 30 credits modules, of which two are devoted to research training and the execution of research projects, the programme allows graduates from a variety of disciplines to obtain the skills and knowledge base to enable them to enter practice as graduate trainees with confidence and an enquiring developed mind commensurate with having studied at Masters level.
As this is a conversion Masters the normal entry requirement is a first degree in any discipline.However, most candidates will hold good awards with some relevance to the field, such as
engineering, construction, architecture or business management and will preferably have some practice experience.
