Account Manager — Enterprise Business
JOB ROLE:
- Acquire new accounts and retain existing base by executing sales acquisition and retention strategies to achieve stipulated targets.
- Conduct sales promotions and marketing programs as and when required with in the assigned account portfolios.
- Identify sector related activities and marketing programs within the sector whilst participating in team meetings, events, and trainings according to the Enterprise Business Plan.
- Track important data and execute sales funnels, CRM and business activities within the sector.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate should hold a Diploma / Degree / Professional Qualification in Business Management / Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years’ of work experience in Sales and Sector Management preferable in Telecom /Banking / Hospitality industry.
- Should possess relevant skills in Sales, Retention and Key Account Management.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Relationship Management and ability to build up good relationship with all the stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge in consumer behaviors and brand stickiness.
- Must be well versed in English and Sinhala in both written and verbal communication.
- Should possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Should possess leadership and team building skills to promote high performance culture.
