He/she will be responsible for:
- Formulate strategies to expand and acquire new partnership channels for product distribution / sales
- Sign up exclusive and nonexclusive partnership channels and networks
- Undertake product distribution and revenue enhancement strategies across partnership channels
- Coordinate with operations and product teams to develop tailor made products to suite market demands and pricing thresholds
- Develop a database of industry insights into competitor product portfolios, client bases and pricing details
- Canvass and develop portfolio of affinity groups through the offering of customized product and branding solutions
- Develop ATL and BTL market communication and advertising strategies for the channel
- Undertake key account management activities and customer servicing activities for strategic partners
- Develop and drive a dynamic team of sales professionals to deliver revenue and customer acquisition targets
The ideal candidate should:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar capacity preferable in the Services industry
- Qualification and/or experience in Insurance, Finance, Sales or Marketing
- Strong People, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
