- Customer Relationship Officer
Organization: Cargills Bank
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Onboard new customers to the Bank.
- Promote bank products to customers – Loans, FD’s & Credit Cards.
- Achieve Monthly targets.
- Organize promotional activities.
- Develop a strong relationship with the customer.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Ability to take the leadership and ownership of the business.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Below 28 years of age.
- Minimum Six Credit passes (including Maths & English) for G.C.E. Ordinary Level.
- Full or part qualifications in marketing, banking or finance would be an added advantage.
- Experience in sales and customer relation will be an added advantage.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with good communication skills.
- English and Sinhala Language skills. (Tamil would be an added advantage)
