DEVELOPER – (MALE)
Direct Mailing Services (Pvt) Ltd (Colombo 3)
Direct Mailing Services (Pvt) Ltd, a company involved in outsourcing operations wishes to recruit an individual for the above position.
Responsibilities:
- Working with a team to implement new software to business needs.
- Provide support for users and troubleshooting any issues after implementation
- Work closely with functional team to maximize business efficiency
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and try new things
- Upgrading existing software per organization’s requirement
- Preparation of training manuals for users
- Produce detailed specifications and writing codes
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
- Responsible for implementing program changes. Think Long Term, Prioritize, Write code. Review code. Stabilize. Deploy. Streamline. Optimize
Qualifications:
- Ability to write clean code using VB6 / VB.NET
- Familiarity with C#/PHP/Javascript/MySQL/HTML/CSS
- Extensive Knowledge on SQL 2008 and writing SQL queries
- Experience on CMS: WordPress, Joomla
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Complete projects assigned by seniors
- Continue to gain further knowledge of programming concepts outside of scope of work.
- Desire to learn new technologies and an overall passion for technology
Nature of Employment – Contractual
Salary – Rs.30,000/=
Work Week – Monday – Friday & Half a day on Saturday
