Description
  • Responsible for device servicing activities for Dialog Enterprise customers by ensuring resolution of customer queries related to device functioning and configurations.
  • Research on latest device technology in the market and act as a device expert.
  • Providing user specifications on latest devices.
  • Identifying competitor activities through customers and stakeholders.
  • Preparation of reports based on data related to customer visits and device servicing activities.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders on device servicing.
Entry Requirements
  • Should possess a Diploma in Marketing / Management or any related professional qualifications from a recognized university or institute.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Should be a an outgoing and pleasant personality with the ability to work under strict timelines.
  • Process excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
