Device and Technology Support Specialist :Dialog Axiata
Description
- Responsible for device servicing activities for Dialog Enterprise customers by ensuring resolution of customer queries related to device functioning and configurations.
- Research on latest device technology in the market and act as a device expert.
- Providing user specifications on latest devices.
- Identifying competitor activities through customers and stakeholders.
- Preparation of reports based on data related to customer visits and device servicing activities.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders on device servicing.
Entry Requirements
- Should possess a Diploma in Marketing / Management or any related professional qualifications from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Should be a an outgoing and pleasant personality with the ability to work under strict timelines.
- Process excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
