Manager – Digital Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
- Manage KPIs of automated and digitized services of all customer touch points.
- Work closely with IT Team and manage projects.
- Ensure automation is cost beneficial to the Company.
- Analyze statistics/other data to determine level of services.
- Continuous delivery and improvement of Digitization and Automation of customer touch points.
- Continuously improving customer service procedures and process standards through automatiom
Key Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience in Digital Servicing.
- Working experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage.
- Possess advance skills in MS Office packages.
- Should be result oriented with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision, maintaining high standards.
