EXECUTIVE – IT APPLICATION SUPPORT
Requirements
- Coordinate with end users / application vendors to resolve issues in application systems
- Track change requests and follow up until production implementation
- Test bug fixes and product issues in IJAT and verify with production systems
- Maintain all records / correspondences pertaining to the application issues
- Provide first level support to end users regarding application issues
- Conduct User trainings and prepare application operations manuals
Experience and Skills
- Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
- 03 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to understand and escalate issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability of staying on call after office hours for handling issues and support
- Knowledge of General Insurance will be an added advantage
