EXECUTIVE – IT APPLICATION SUPPORT

Requirements

• Coordinate with end users / application vendors to resolve issues in application systems
• Track change requests and follow up until production implementation
• Test bug fixes and product issues in IJAT and verify with production systems
• Maintain all records / correspondences pertaining to the application issues
• Provide first level support to end users regarding application issues
• Conduct User trainings and prepare application operations manuals

Experience and Skills

• Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
• 03 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to understand and escalate issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability of staying on call after office hours for handling issues and support
• Knowledge of General Insurance will be an added advantage
