JOB ROLE:
- Prepare the staff correspondences pertaining to payroll and employment upon employee request.
- Assist in preparation of reconciliation reports for Management information.
- Maintain staff correspondences related to Compensation & Benefits administration.
- Assist and update the systems related to Compensation & Benefits on a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Insurance company/agent pertaining to employee health insurance benefit scheme.
- Assist and ensure smooth processing of staff benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management / Full Qualification in PQHRM /Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ of experience preferably in Payroll processing.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records.
- Effective interpersonal communicational skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across company.
- Should be with a positive attitude, task oriented and attention to detail.
- Be willing to work long hours if the need arises.
