JOB ROLE:
-
Prepare the staff correspondences pertaining to payroll and employment upon employee request.
-
Assist in preparation of reconciliation reports for Management information.
-
Maintain staff correspondences related to Compensation & Benefits administration.
-
Assist and update the systems related to Compensation & Benefits on a timely manner.
-
Coordinate with the Insurance company/agent pertaining to employee health insurance benefit scheme.
-
Assist and ensure smooth processing of staff benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
-
Candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management / Full Qualification in PQHRM /Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or institute.

Minimum 1 – 2 years’ of experience preferably in Payroll processing.

Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records.

Effective interpersonal communicational skills being highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across company.
-
Should be with a positive attitude, task oriented and attention to detail.
-
Be willing to work long hours if the need arises.
