FIELD ASSOCIATE – (MAWANELLA BRANCH)
Ideal candidate should;
- be below 30 years of age
- possess at least 2 years of experience in MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) financing
- have an outgoing personality with flair for sales and customer service
- have good communication and marketing skills
You will be responsible for;
- canvassing new business and organizing marketing campaigns
- building and growing a client portfolio while ensuring excellent customer service
Those with additional experience will be considered for higher level positions such as Field Officers.
Recruitments would be on fixed term contract basis.
An attractive remuneration package inclusive of a travelling allowance and mobile phone bill reimbursement (up to specified limits) in addition to the basic salary is on offer for chosen candidates.
