COORDINATOR TO GENERAL MANAGER – SALES (Life Insurance) – Janashakthi Insurance Vacancies 2020

Job Profile

Provide administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing duties and activities including receiving and handling information while maintaining strict confidentiality on sensitive

information/detail/material.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Produces information as necessary by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Conserves assigned officers time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Acts as a “gate-keeper” by managing the assigned officer’s calendars in terms of identifying critical items,
  • setting up meetings and making scheduling changes with minimal involvement by the officer.
  • Plans, coordinates and ensures the officer’s schedule is followed and respected
  • Coordinate events and Arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Initiating, Conducting and Follow-up meetings/ Preparation and distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Prepares reports as necessary by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Following up with important tasks /documents with the relevant parties
  • Maintain databases / Contacts information.
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Perform any other duties and tasks assigned by the Management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of Credit passes for English and Mathematics in GCE O/L & and passed the GCE A/L Examinations with minimum of 2 passes.
  • Diploma / Professional qualification in Business Management/Secretarial/or similar stream will be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English Language.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
