- Managing island wide distribution in line with company prepaid and postpaid sales objectives
- Driving revenue, gross acquisition and other distribution KPIs
- Developing and driving trade schemes while managing the AOP Budgets
- Ensuring all sales and distribution processes are in place and adhering compliances
- The incumbent will directly report to the Head of sales
The Person
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Professional Qualification in Sales / Marketing
- Post Graduate qualification/ MBA is an added advantage
- Over 12 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution
- Experience in Telecommunication industry is a distinctive advantage
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Excellent decision making skills
- Superior ability in planning & coordination
- Good persuasion & negotiation skills
