We are looking for Assistant Manager – Data (Consumer) to join our dynamic team.
Job Profile
- Initiation and implementation of strategic decisions determined by the Data product team to grow DATA revenues.
- Coordinate with product development and project management teams to prioritize requirements and manage timeline and execution.
- Responsible to train customer care and sales staff to serve the customer requirements
- Provide correct and accurate product information to finance, sales Distribution and Customer support divisions as and when required.
- Involve in conducting research and market visits to understand DATA consumer behavior and understand complete requirements of the segment
- Provide inputs to strategic planning and budget to manage category growth and profitability
Candidates Profile
- Should possess a professional qualification in CIM / CIMA or a Degree in Business Management from a recognized university; MBA will be a definite advantage
- Should knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Office applications
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunication industry in a similar capacity
