Senior Executive (Product Development and Delivery Management) – Dialog Axiata PLC
The Job
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products and plan strategies proactively to be ahead Of the competition
- Assesses product market data by designing market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
- Conduct quarterly product funnel and Product Strategy Sessionstoenhance the innovativeness and product roadmap preparation
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product reports and analyses to support decision making
- Offer funnel management and post-implementation review to assess the success or failure of the product ‘offer
Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure Product Marketing Communication and promotion is in line with the requirement - Bundle products and assist on development the same to ensure delivery product road map
- Manage product related queries, customer complaints on coverage Quality Of Services KPIs, and coordinate with network team to ensure timely implementation
The Person
- Degree in Business Management IT or Engineering
- Should be able to work in a dynamic work environment, adapt to changing work demands
- Should possess Project management skills, Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Minimum Of 3 years experience in the relevant area
