QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR – TELE SALES (Contractual basis)
Location — Janashakthi Life Head Office, Colombo 02
Desired Experience and skills:
- Have a good command in Sinhala and English languages.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position will be a definite advantage.
- Be proactive in finding solutions to identified mistakes/defects.
- Be outgoing and positive, with a “can do!” attitude.
- Have a genuine passion for Customer Service.
- Experience in Tele – Sales in a reputed Organization is mandatory.
- Candidates who excelled in both Academics & Sports are encouraged to apply.
- Be IT literate.
