Job Description
- Train and educate every new seller who signs up on the Daraz platform about the systems, process and best practices.
- Understand the interest, capability and the capacity of the seller.
- Obtain the best prices, better assortment from the sellers.
- Once seller has reached the end of his training period, decide based on qualitative and quantitative data to appropriately categorize sellers into Key or Non- Key Accounts.
Requirements
- Minimal educational qualifications: GCE OLs/ALs is a must.
- Following a Bachelors in Business Management or following an equivalent relevant qualification in CIM / SLIM. Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS office (Especially Excel) and Google Applications.
- Prior experience in relevant field would be an advantage.
- Willing to take part and travel out for seller campaign activities and programs.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience.
