As the Digital Excellence pillar at MAS, we drive MAS’s digital strategy across the group by making sure that the solutions we offer are flexible and suited to future proof MAS, against headwinds and opportunities and make MAS relevant in the future by building the required capabilities. Our Solutioning & Delivery team design, deliver and adopt solutions efficiently across all teams, tools and technologies while integrating wider business functions to add more value.
We are on the lookout for a Solution Architect who can,
- Provide functional/ architectural leadership to the future-proofing project pipelines set out by the Innovation Board (IB)
- Continuously attempt to upskill and probe new technologies to stay on par with the latest industry trends
- Provide versatile comprehensive solutions which capture the business requirements in full while adhering to other peripheral necessities such as governance, legal and infrastructure
- Coordinate & collaborate with other areas of specialization to draw parallels and capitalize on win/win situations – cross pillar versatility
- Work closely with the Process Governance Team (PGT) regarding changes and improvements to existing solution landscapes
- Work diligently with external tech partners and solution providers as & when required
- Drive Stakeholder Management in terms of both internal & external with the best interest of the group as a whole
Experience and skill requirement:
- Degree/postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain/logistic management or equivalent professional qualification
- Qualification in SAP Material Management certification is preferred
- 10 – 12 years of experience in Merchandising/Procurement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, conceptual thinking and innovative mindset are essential
Work Arrangement:
A combination of remote and on-site work
