Our branches in Anuradhapura, Peradeniya and Chillaw have vacancies for Assistant Branch Managers, We are looking for dynamic individuals who are willing to drive operational efficiency and exceptional service standards
Requirements
- Should have 5 or more years’ of experience as an Executive in a Bank and should be thoroughly conversant with branch operations, credit and other related areas.
- Be customer centric, sales oriented and have a proven performance record.
- Have good interpersonal, communication and marketing skills.
- Be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives
- A degree or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
