– Answering calls in a cordial and professional manager
– Checking e-mail and preparing documents such as sales invoices, receipts
– Coordinating with marketing personal to make sure all the online marketing is up to date
– Positing and maintaining data on the computer
Skills required
– Knowledge in English and Sinhalese
– Good computer skills, ability to type and e-mail with minimal supervision
– Knowledge in Microsoft Would, G-mail
– Ability to scan, print and e-mail documents on a need basis
