Requirements
– Comprehensive knowledge of general insurance business
– Thorough understanding of key result areas such as Gross written premium (GWP) profitability and set service standards.
– Professional Qualification in sales or Marketing or Business Management.
– Minimum of 04 years Sales experience in the insurance distribution in similar capacity.
– Good communication skills in English & Sinhala in necessary.
– Ability to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage.
