Post Of – Executive – Call Centre

As a team member of the call center, you have to 
– Answer customer telephone calls and respond to emails
– Manage and resolve customer complaints
– Maintain positive relationship with clients and coordinate with other departments in order to resolve any inquiries or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide customer with product and services information
– Follow up customer calls where necessary
– Carry out standard call center operating procedures

Ideally, you should have;
– A minimum of 6 month of experience in a similar role or a desire to gain similar experience

– Proficiency in MS office packages

– Good command of Sinhala, Tamil and English languages

– A pleasing personality and good telephone skills

– The ability to maintain enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and high level of energy throughout the day

–  A willingness to learn from feedback from your colleagues and customers

– Willingness to work in shift basis
