Key Responsibilities
– Data analysis and support experience studies
– Support the development of actuarial reports to help the business effectively manage existing portfolios
– Support Regulatory reporting
Desired Experience and skills
– Bachelors or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics statistics,Economics or related area
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
– 1-2 years of actuarial experience in life insurance will be an added advantage
– Pricing experience and | or reserving experience is preferred
– Effective time management skills good communication skills to liaise with business
– Proficiency in Excel, Access, VAB SQL or other programming languages with ability to query | model and|or automate tasks
– Work well both independently and as part of a team
