Post Of – Sales Manager Personal Loans – Premium Seqments
Experience & Qualifications 
– Minimum of 7 years experience in a Bank / Financial Institution, out of wihich  minimum 2 years should be at executive level
– Minimum of part qualification in Banking (Completion of at least 4 subjects at DBF level) or  CIMA/CIM/ACCA (completion of the 3rd stage – At least up to Managerial level CIMA students)
– A professional qualification in marketing would be an added advantage
 
Special Skills  

– Exceptional knowledge in people development, motivational skills, planning and process implementation
– A strong market knowledge and the ability to identify opportunities
– Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent in computer literacy
– Ability to work under pressure
