Description:

Ausreo is currently experiencing growth due to the upturn in infrastructure and commercial construction projects. It is an exciting time to be part of the Ausreo family with opportunities for career development and progression.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Factory Operator to join our team at Ballarat at our brand new site, reporting to the Trade Service Centre Manager. The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating cranes, machines and loading and unloading trucks.
  • Forklift Driving
  • Liaising with external customers

To Be Successful

  • Experience operating cranes, machines and loading trucks.
  • Experience preferred in Reinforcing Steel, but not necessary (training provided)
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Strong Work Ethic and Reliable
  • Safety Conscience
  • Work part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 6.30am-4.30pm
  • Training will be provided for crane operations.
