Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports.
- Lead project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and provide meeting minutes.
- Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers, and manage their contracts and performance.
- Ensure effective documentation and record-keeping of project activities, contracts, change orders, and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
